A couple of months ago, I paused The Living Journal®️ - and if you read my note a fortnight ago, you’ll know that decision didn’t come easily.
This has always been more than just a daily post. It’s been about creating a space for thinking differently. For calming the noise. For reconnecting to the part of you that knows what matters. For really making a difference.
And whether you read every post or dipped in and out, your presence made it what it was. Your feedback was invaluable, too - and it helped me see that there was another layer to this that needed exploring and integrating, but that I needed to find a way to do that without turning it into something massive and overwhelming.
A challenge indeed.
That’s what’s been playing over in my mind, throughout this pause…
… and you’ve stayed with me all the way through, which honestly means the world.
I’ll say again - thank you - for all of the above.
So now, it’s time to tell you what’s next.
What’s next - is that I’m working on something new.
I’m taking it back to basics - because I want to dive into the underlying framework that’s made the Living Journal®️ such a powerful tool.
It’s a self-paced, step-by-step pathway to clarity, calm, confidence and better mental wellbeing - a 21 day process that supports everything we’ve been doing here.
It’s both an evolution - and the foundational piece - of everything we were working on together - a thoughtful, guided journey that distils the most powerful mindset shifts, tools, and prompts into one beautiful, powerful, practical guide, that you’ll be able to come back to time and time again.
And to bring it into line with everything we’re working on in the wider sphere of The Better Brain Company, I’m calling it 21 Days to a Better Brain: A Proven, Practical Framework for More Clarity, Calm and Confidence.
It’s not finished yet. I’m still shaping it, taking my time to get it right.
But you - as one of my original LJ subscribers - will be the first to receive it, completely free, once it’s ready.
